Free Codes for In-Game Items

Redemption codes are available for a variety of items. Some of the items are permanent (like the clothing items), while others are one-use only (like the food items).

Instructions for redeeming a code

You can enter codes once you are in-game, but a number of people have stated there's been problems with that method, so I think this is the better way:

  • Log in to your profile on the Free Realms website
  • Enter the code in the "Redeem-A-Code" box and click the Redeem button
  • A screen will load stating whether the code was successfully redeemed or not
    • If it wasn't successful, make sure you entered the code correctly and try again
  • Go back to your profile page and repeat for any other codes you have
  • Once you've entered all of your codes successfully, then log in to the game AS THE CHARACTER YOU WANT TO HAVE USE OF THE ITEMS YOU JUST REDEEMED
    • This step is VERY IMPORTANT since each code can only be used once PER ACCOUNT, not per character
  • Once you're in-game as the correct character, click on the "dancing claim button" in the bottom right corner of your screen
  • Click on the Claim button and that will bring up a list of all items waiting to be claimed
  • Click on an item you want to claim for your current character
  • Click the green Claim button on the right-hand side of the page
  • Repeat for any other items you want to claim for this character
  • If you have items that you want to claim for another character, just exit the game and log in as that other character, then repeat these steps
  • All claimed items will then show up in your inventory
    • Then you can just equip them like other clothing/weapons
    • Remember: for food items, you must equip them to your belt first, then consume them from there

  • There is another food item code, for Hot-to-Trot Tots, from an ad in a magazine. However, you have to provide them with your name and email address, and then they will email a UNIQUE CODE NUMBER to you. Here's the website address:

  • Beckett is offering a free code for the Purple Triceratops it originally offered through one of its magazines. However, you have to sign up for an account on their website, and then click on the picture to generate a UNIQUE CODE NUMBER. You can get one code for each account you are willing to create.   • The Free Realms comic book series has an item code in each issue. Each comic has a UNIQUE CODE NUMBER, so I can't list them here. I will list what item each issue will give you:
    • Issue 1: Spider Bite
    • Issue 2: Mushroom Pizza
    • Issue 3: Team Rockabilly Nitrous System
    • Issue 4: Cloak of Shadows
      • If you collect Issues 1-4 on the same character, then you will also receive an Eerie Gi

      • If you collect Issues 5-8 on the same character, then you will also receive Nightmarish Gloves
